Second day in the Champions League with a very interesting fixture as Italy’s giants AC Milan welcome England’s Arsenal on San Siro Wednesday.
AC Milan starting as favorites in this match, as they hold the advantage of home ground and a history full of achievements in the Champions League, but Arsenal is known as an unpredictable team with quite a good run this season.
Milan has just managed to end a 3 game streak without a victory as they obtained a crucial win over Udinese last week, making them hold the top spot in the Serie A.
Arsenal is showing a good form as well as they managed to win their last two games, a superb victory over Blackburn, 7-1 the final score and a well deserved win away to Sunderland last week.
They hold their chances for qualifying and even for this match and as they are not a defensive team it will probably make for a very exciting game.
My pick: AC Milan to win ( Over 2.5 goals )

Serie A table positions: Napoli - 7, Chievo - 13

Two games remaining to be played on Monday from round 23 of the Italian Serie A, in the first one Napoli welcomes Chievo with both teams struggling in recent matches.
Napoli is experiencing a very poor form as they failed to win any of their past four matches played, including the Serie A and Coppa Italia, ending up on a modest 7th spot of the table with a total of 31 points, just four above their current adversaries Chievo.
No room for Napoli to advance even in case of a victory, at least not this round with Roma four points above them but a good opportunity to restore on their morale.
Chievo is on the 13th spot of the table with a total of 27 points in all 22 matches played so far in the Serie A. They hold a comfortable 10 points advantage over the relegation zone with room to advance in case of victory.
Just one win for Chievo in their last five matches played but surprisingly a decent performance in away games with two victories and a draw in their latest three played.
My pick: Napoli to win ( Over 2.5 goals )

Taking to the field with great confidence in this round 22 of the Primera Division, Real Madrid is looking to capitalize on Barcelona’s unexpected defeat as they welcome a struggling Levante team.
Real Madrid is top of the Primera division with a total of 55 points and more importantly 7 points above their rivals Barcelona before the match against Levante.
They will certainly be looking to capitalize on their adversaries result on Saturday and raise the gap to an almost insurmountable 10 points thaws settling in most part the faith of the trophy for this season.
Levante, on the other hand, is experiencing a very poor form, falling steady in rankings after their incredible start to the season.
They now reached six games without victory and with a total of 32 points they could end up on the seventh spot of the table after this game.
My pick: Real Madrid to win ( Over 2.5 goals )

Ligue 1 table positions: Nice - 19, PSG - 2

Round 23 continues on Sunday in the French Ligue 1 as title favorites PSG are looking to reclaim the top spot traveling to Nice.
Nice is currently on the 19th spot of the table with a total of just 19 points, they sit 3 points bellow salvation but with no victories in their last five games played it’s hard to see them overcome this problem.
They managed to end a streak of four losses last week as they held Ajaccio to a one all draw but the result was not satisfactory especially against a rival in avoiding relegation.
PSG on the other hand has temporarily lost it’s top spot after the Saturday matches but are set to put another three points between them and Montpellier after this one.
They are showing a superb form with no less than five consecutive victories and a very good morale for the road ahead.
My pick: PSG to win ( Under 2.5 goals )

Novara last 3 away matches:

Serie A table positions: Inter - 5, Novara - 20

A great chance for Internazionale Milan to restore their confidence as they host last in the Serie A table Novara on Sunday.
Inter is on the 5th spot of the Serie A table with a total of 36 points and experiencing a poor form as they failed to win any of their last four matches played.
They are no less than 11 points short of leaders Milan which have one more game played than them but face threats for their spot especially from Roma which is just one point bellow.
Novara managed to gather only 13 points in all 22 matches they have played this season and are almost sure of a quick comeback to the second division of Italian football.
No less than 11 official matches without victory for them and although Inter is in poor form, getting even a draw on their pitch might seem like an impossible task for Novara.
My pick: Inter to win ( Over 2.5 goals )
