Only one match in the Europa League preliminaries on Tuesday as Rapid Wien welcome Bulgarian side Beroe for the decisive match.
After a one all result in the first leg of the tie, Rapid Wien has the better chance of moving on in the competition with the home pitch advantage and a precious away goal in Bulgaria.
The team’s current form is not great especially when referring to their domestic league results managing only 3 points in 3 matches played with a victory against Salzburg this Sunday.
The virtually unknown team from Bulgaria, Beroe already produced a surprise holding Rapid Wine to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the confrontation but as far as their chances go of qualifying, they are very small.
They entered in the competition after winning the domestic cup as their placement in last year’s table was only on the 10th spot. A great disadvantage for them may prove the fact that they did not play any matches in the domestic league so form cannot be at it’s highest.
My tip: Rapid Wien to win
