Starting off the campaign with sky-high hopes for the World Cup trophy, England faces elimination righ from the group phase if they fail to grab the victory against Slovenia.
At the moment, Slovenia surprisingly top Group C in the World Cup 2010 tournament with 4 points followed by the USA and England teams both with 2 points as Algeria is already out of the books.
Slovenia had a very good start to the campaign in terms of result against Algeria as their football display lacked but proved real team work and determination against the USA when they held them to a 2-2 draw.
After the shocking 1-1 draw in the first round against the USA, England’s form seems to be going downhill as they failed to grab the 3 points from Algeria and now sit on a desperate third spot with only victory on their mind.
In case of a draw here there is still a slight chance for qualification only if Algeria defeats the USA but it’s a long shot there. Morale might be a real problem for England and Slovenia will probably cluster all it’s players in front of the goal hoping to strike on the counter attack.
My tip: England to win ( under 3.5 goals )
