Very exciting match at the top of the Serie A with leaders Juventus welcoming third spot holders Udinese on Saturday for a game that could change the board in the upper half.

Juventus is currently in the driver’s seat of the Serie A chart with a total of 41 points leading to a very fragile one point advantage over second AC Milan and three points from their current adversaries Udinese.

Thus is a very important match for them as a loss or even a draw could cost them the top spot but form and results are on their side especially after a well deserved 3-0 victory over Roma last week in Coppa Italia.

Udinese suffering some setbacks in their attempt to take Serie A by surprise, the 3-2 loss against Genoa two weeks ago costing them and with a narrow 2-1 victory over Catania last week it’s clear that the team is not in top form.

Although being very close to the top of the table, Udinese is feeling intense pressure from next in line Internazionale, that sits just 3 points bellow.

Important match in the Italian Serie A on Sunday for the overall configuration of the table at the top as second Napoli welcomes 5th Udinese.

Napoli is second in the table with a 3 point handicap from leaders AC Milan before this round started but feeling pressure from Inter as their advantage from the third spot is only 2 points.

A very good record for them lately with 4 straight victories in the competition and a strong morale as this season is their best one in years. No less than 11 victories and 3 draws in all 16 played on home ground so far makes them favorites for all points here as well.

Udinese widely regarded as a big surprise as they where close to relegation last season and now their battling with the best for a spot in the Champions League.

Their away statistic is not that impressive with 7 victories and as many defeats in all 16 played and a goal balance of 32 scored whilst conceding no less than 21, with this showing some problems in defense.

After 3 straight draws in the Italian Serie A, AS Roma are looking to break the dry streak with a victory over struggling Udinese.

Roma is third in the overall standings and with a total of 43 points there’s not much room for them to move in as whatever the outcome of this leg will be, their position is secured and most likely it’s the one they will end the season in.

They have made the home ground a true fortress with few waisted points as they managed no less than 11 victories and 1 draws in 14 played with a very good goal ratio of 25 scored and 10 conceded, only leaders Inter ranking better.

Udinese is showing small steps of improvement from their disastrous season, only on the 15th spot so far and 7 points over the relegation zone. The team’s only reason for confidence is a fairly good home football as in away games the situation is terrible.

They have yet to win any of the matches played whilst traveling managing only 5 points in 5 draws and losing the rest of 9 with an incredible weak goal ratio of only 8 scored and no less than 21 conceded
